You do not need previous care experience. We provide:

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable for domiciliary care, but we may also offer local walking routes depending on availability.
As a care provider regulated to work with vulnerable adults, we follow Safer Recruitment principles. All applicants must be willing to complete:
- An Enhanced DBS check (we can support with applications)
- Identity and right-to-work checks
- Two satisfactory references
- Mandatory training before delivering care
- A probationary period with competency assessments
These checks help ensure that the people we support are safe and protected at all times.
