Training
Abbeyrose Court Community Care, our workers are appropriately trained before they work in the community delivering care. Our comprehensive induction training is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff. In addition to this, all our staff are required to complete refresher training annually, and we offer bespoke training packages where required to ensure that our staff are fully competent to deliver individual packages of care.
