Our Staff
At Abbeyrose Court Community Care, we are committed to building a workforce that is safe, skilled and compassionate. We follow a robust Safer Recruitment Policy to ensure that every member of staff is suitable to work with vulnerable adults. This includes a thorough application and interview process, full employment history checks, professional reference checks, proof-of-identity verification, eligibility to work in the UK, and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before any care is delivered.
Once recruited, our care professionals complete mandatory training which aligns to the current training standards set out for the sector.
In addition to mandatory training, we encourage all staff to complete or work towards recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas, in line with current care standards. Continuous training, refreshers and supervision ensure that each team member develops their skills, remains up to date with legislation, and provides safe, person-centred support.
We are an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity across our workforce. We recruit individuals from a range of backgrounds and cultures, reflecting the communities we serve. Every member of staff receives regular support, supervision and performance reviews, ensuring they remain confident, competent and committed to delivering consistently high-quality care.
At Abbeyrose Court Community Care, we believe that investing in our staff is fundamental to delivering excellence. By supporting, training and empowering our team, we ensure that every client receives safe, reliable and compassionate care from professionals they can trust.
